Create and update standard genograms and ecomaps. So I saved it, and the deck was flagged as incompleted in the decklist (26/30). It lights up, but is not in device manager. When trying to change it again, some card slots have been left empty after removing the cards, and at a time the deck refused to fill up and stopped me to add more than 26 cards. TL DR- Streamdeck not being found on my pc, or another. Has anyone else had this problem with the Elgato StreamDeck? I guess im going to have to wait until they call me back to start the (I'm sure very long) return process. Email me back once completed and i will take a look at why your computer isnt finding it." Fast forward two hours after each of the two calls. You will get the email in 5-10 minutes and run the diagnostic with the device plugged in. Both people i spoke with said "Sir, i am going to send you a diagnostic to run, via email. I called Elgato Support (twice) and they were not very helpful. Elgato is the only USB device that doesnt show up after trying each one, one-by-one. Unplugged PSU from PC and waited 10 minutes. All i am getting is an elgato logo on the device, and nothing showing up on my PC. *I tried all 7 USB ports on my PC and 3 on another. Plugged into another computer, it cant recognize it either. Turned off the powersaving mode on the USBRootHub. Looked for hidden devices in device manager, nothing shows. Turned off "Fast start-up"> Restarted PC Updated USB Drivers> Restarted computer. Now im pretty tech savvy, and have tried all of these options below, to no avail: The software is up to date, but under "firmware" it shows "No Devices Found". In the desktop app, everything works fine, except nothing is transferred to the stream deck. The stream deck lights up and the logo is the only thing that shows. ![]() I followed the setup instructions and downloaded the software and then plugged in the streamdeck to my PC. I bought a new streamdeck that arrived yesterday. However, I cannot find the folder "HSTracker" in /Library/Application Support/.To start this off, the title is the issue i am having. I then looked up what the default setting for decks backup directory should be, and I find in another thread that it should be /Library/Application Support/HSTracker. The plugin tries to detect the arena heroes and card choices. As that did not resolve the issue, I tried to reset all settings to default so that my decks backup directory has default setting, but I could not find the option to do so. Arena Helper is a plugin for Hearthstone Deck Tracker that helps drafting Hearthstone arena decks by showing an overlay with card values from a tier list. Note: When trying to troubleshoot, I attempted changing the decks backup directory to ~/Library/Preferences/Blizzard/Hearthstone/. Hearthstone directory: /Applications/HearthstoneÄecks backup directory: /Library/Application Support/HSTracker There probably is one, but it wouldnt update automatically. I am using Mac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6. I tried deleting the HSTracker and reinstalling it and repeating the steps before (closing apps, deleting log.config, restarting apps), but the issue remained. I have tried closing both Hearthstone and HSTracker and deleting log.config in ~/Library/Preferences/Blizzard/Hearthstone/, restarting HSTracker and then Hearthstone, but the issue was not resolved. ![]() I can select my deck and have the decklist show on the right-hand size of the screen with the trackers for both friendly and enemy deck (how many cards left in the deck, probability, etc.), but these features remain static during a game and do not function as expected (not showing which cards I have drawn, for example). I am having the same issue with HSTracker Version 0.18.1 (1274). ![]()
